Sound Healing

I am very passionate about using sound and vibration to heal our mind, body and soul on a core spiritual level.

I use singing bowl,  Native American flute, chimes, shaman drum and solfeggio tones to take you on an inner healing journey. Along with divinely inspired tonings, affirmations, mantras and singing.

Here we can journey to meet our guides, finding inspired solutions and refresh our spirit. 

I am studying Sound Healing with voice currently and incorporating these techniques with my healing services.

I offer 1 to 1  and group sessions. Here are a list of treatments offered, all come with a chakra check and uniquely tailored to the client's needs:

Chakra Check and rebalance wth Solfegggio tones and affirmations : £33 {30 mins}

Basic sound healing treatment focused on the physical body : £55 {1 hr}

Indian Scale sound healing for the emotional Body : £55 {1 hr}

Bija Mantras with chakra balance and healing : £55 {1 hr}

A guided Shamanic journey to meet spirit guide : £55 {1 hr}


Can expect strong third eye visuals along with colours and geometric patterns. Occasionally past life flashbacks, revelations, solutions & realisations. Results can vary depending on the person, where they are and what they need. Be assured it will be a unique refreshing spiritual experience conducted in love.

‘REVIEW  8th Aug: This was my 1st sound healing session (I have enjoyed Gong baths in the past). Sofreeya was very welcoming and put me at ease about the process and what I wanted from it, we talked for quite a while before laying on the table. S did a chakra check and identified block in my solar plex. S did sound and touch therapy which put me in a dreamy state, I particularly enjoyed her added her own vocals to the resonance. It felt like guided meditation and her input allowed me to go deeper and have more focus. Later I felt a little uneasy and irritable and low (maybe pressure of having dinner party that evening) But that night I had amazing enlighting dreams and woke up with good energy and positivity, ready to start stuff. I bought a To Do book and a Journal which I started the next morning. S also advised listening to 528htz which I have been doing since. Which relaxes and focuses my mind. ‘My experience, I felt that I greatly benefited from my treatment. I was able to fully release the experience as when it had finished I had to ask if I'd fall asleep, it was not that I was tired or in need of sleep when I arrived. I just felt that to fully take the healing, I needed to release myself to my subconscious. Sofreeya  confirmed that I had left consciousness; she was unsure if I was sleeping. I arrived into a very magical healing space and was immediately put at ease and into a spiritual meditative mood. She explained a little of what would happen and gave me nice tea ...
